Welcome to our office!
We look forward to meeting you in person. Although you won’t spend much time it the reception area, you’ll find it warm and comfortable. We have an assortment of magazines and a daily movie for your entertainment. The office is equipped with Wi-Fi and the complimentary coffee, cappuccino and hot chocolate are always a big hit.
When you arrive at our office we’re always here to welcome you. We have a cool, efficient self check in, so that the doctors and clinical staff know the moment you arrive.
Pre pasted toothbrushes are available if you need to brush your teeth.
The restroom has two brushing areas with mouthwash to rinse. We also have a baby changing station, in case a younger one needs tending to.
In our game area there are 3 video games, a toy area and books to keep any family tickled to be here. The games have all the old time video games for parents as well as newer games to check out.
Our treatment area is where all adjustments are completed. We have seating around the treatment area so that parents and friends can accompany their child at every appointment. This will give you the opportunity to see how your child’s treatment is progressing and ask any questions.
Our time tested scheduling program enables us to run on schedule so that each appointment is prompt and precise. We’ve worked very hard to make your appointments as efficient as possible.
In our office, your safety is our highest priority. To ensure your health and safety, we follow comprehensive sterilization and disinfection procedures with all our instruments. Throughout the day, we continually and thoroughly sterilize our equipment for your protection.
Our protocol for sterilization includes the following: All instruments are brought into our sterilization area and placed in an ultrasonic cleaner, which removes even the smallest debris. The instruments are then sterilized in Kavoclave or dry heat sterilizer, which destroys all bacteria and viruses, thereby making them sterile. Our Kavoclave and dry heat sterilizers are monitored regularly to ensure their efficiency and safety.
We continually evaluate our procedures, and always operate at or above government standards.
Please realize that before and after each patient visit, many other procedures are performed such as: all treatment surfaces (e.g., countertops, chair surfaces, lights, x-ray machines, mice, keyboards, and trays) are disinfected with a hospital grade, CDC (Center for Disease Control) approved disinfectant.

Our in house Lab
Having an in house lab insures all orthodontic appliances are constructed to our doctor’s high standards. Drs. Ginzler and Shaw provide instructions in great detail, and our lab can fabricate the needed appliances in a very short time. Our lab techs never need to guess what any of the instructions mean. This enables us to deliver your well fitting appliances very quickly.
