Orthodontic Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, we will help you to maximize your benefits. Understanding insurance can be difficult and we will help you learn as much as possible about your policy. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Typically these benefits are paid out over the course of treatment. As soon as treatment is started, we will file your claims for you. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child.
Flex spending
Flex plans are designed to allow families to set aside pretax dollars to pay for “out of pocket” dental or medical expenses. If you are eligible for a flexible spending account, we will do our best to estimate the anticipated expenses for the upcoming year. Please make sure that you make your appointment well in advance of your individual enrollment deadline. In order to receive reimbursement from your flex account we can provide you with a receipt for payments that are made on your account for services rendered. These accounts are an incredible benefit.
