Front Office Staff
Our Front office staff offers a warm welcome as you arrive at the office. We have an efficient self check in system. Our goal is to be the best part of your day. We realize how valuable your time is and we want to respect that by seeing you on time for your appointment while maintaining the quality of care we feel you deserve.
Treatment Coordinators
At your initial consultation, our treatment coordinators perform a preliminary diagnostic exam to determine the nature of your orthodontic needs. Dr. Shaw or Dr. Ginzler will meet with you to go over your x-rays and photos to discuss the type of treatment recommended for you, when treatment should begin, and the anticipated length of treatment. Your treatment coordinator will review payment options, schedule your appointments and answer any questions you may have.
Clinical Assistants
Our highly trained and experienced orthodontic assistants greet you at your visits. At each appointment they will check your oral hygiene, braces and appliance before performing any prescribed treatment. They’ll perform the technical skills to assist Drs. Ginzler and Shaw during treatment. The doctors will then check and make any necessary refinements, monitor your progress and prescribe future treatment. The assistants will be able to answer most of your questions about treatment.
Laboratory Technicians

Here at Drs. Shaw & Ginzler's orthodontic office, we're extremely proud to be able to have an in-house lab. This enables us to fabricate all our own models, appliances, retainers and indirect bonding trays (braces). We can get things done the same day to prevent any delays in treatment.

Business Staff

Our business staff takes care of all the hidden details. Designing and producing all our informative handouts, organizing events and contests. They organize our community service activities and work with the local dentists to keep them up to speed.
